  • Debt Consolidation:  Refinanced Central Council's debt of $2.5 million consolidating nine loans with interest rates ranging from 7.02% to 9% and varying maturity dates, thus saving interest and reducing cash outflow by $300,000 per year. 
  • Organized the Natives Count Project:  Over 5,000 tribal members living in Southeast Alaska were surveyed, this data was entered  into a database for use by the tribe.
