Realty Program

The Realty program provides professional land management services to Native landowners of trust or restricted properties in Angoon, Craig, Juneau, Kasaan, Ketchikan, Klawock, Petersburg, Saxman, Skagway, Tenakee, and Wrangell.The services include allotment adjudication, rights protection, land conveyance processing and approval, probate, preparation of Last Will and Testaments, and land management counseling. To be eligible, you must own or have a potential interest in trust or restricted land. The ownership of restricted land was acquired by the 1906 Native Allotment Act or the 1926 Native Townsite Act. Realty services are provided free of charge to eligible landowners by contacting our office for an application.
