Native American Graves Protection & Repatriation Act
The Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA) was signed into law on November 16, 1990 to provide for the protection of Native American graves and artifacts.
The program’s purpose is to implement the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act.
