The Program Compliance office establishes eligibility and officially registers eligible persons as citizens of the Central Council of Tlingit and Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska. Enrollment applications are reviewed and acted on by our Tribal Enrollment Committee. The committee consists of 6 delegates appointed by the President. The Enrollment Committee meets twice per year. Their next meeting date is scheduled for November 12-14, 2013.
Tribal citizens are issued a photo identification card which identifies their enrollment with a federally recognized tribe. Their card provides eligibility to apply for services such as Indian Health, Higher Education, Employment and Training, Social Services and Housing Assistance, etc.
For your convenience, Tribal Enrollment applications are available as PDF documents to download from our site. Click the link below to get the form you need.
