Burial Assistance: May provide financial assistance to eligible tribal citizens, dependent on funding and only in the absence of other resources. Assistance is based on need. Burial Assistance Application
Elderly Emergency Assistance: Provides emergency financial assistance to tribal citizens 65 years of age and older who have urgent personal needs due to disastrous events such as fire, death, or illness. Elderly Emergency Assistance Application
General Assistance Program: Designed to provide temporary financial assistance to meet the unmet “basic needs” of food, shelter, and clothing.
Temporary Assistance to Needy Families: Offers intensive case management to families with dependent children to identify financial needs, employment goals, and obstacles in service plan. Case managers continue to monitor families as they move through their plan toward the ultimate goal of self-sufficiency and gainful employment. The TANF program may offer support services that allow participants to find and maintain employment.
Training Assistance: Provides employment and training opportunities for maintaining a healthy lifestyle independent of program services.
